Currently, investing in a sand yard remains a popular project, and the production of sand and gravel materials offers considerable profit margins. How much does it cost to open a small to medium-sized sand yard? Under normal circumstances, the production process and equipment for artificial sand have been gradually simplified, significantly improving the efficiency of manufactured sand production and reducing the costs of the stone production line.
Investing in a set of manufactured sand production line equipment requires a specific price that depends on various factors such as the material to be processed, the output particle size, and the daily production volume. Suitable equipment will be configured based on these factors, and only after considering the customer’s actual production needs and investment situation can an appropriate plan and quotation be provided.
The Cronus complete manufactured sand production line consists of a series of equipment, including a vibrating feeder, crusher, belt conveyor, vibrating screen, and more. The process begins with stones blasted from the mountain, which are transported by dump trucks to the vibrating feeder. The vibrating feeder evenly delivers the stones (under 750mm) into the jaw crusher for the first stage of crushing. The stones exiting the jaw crusher measure approximately 95mm–165mm and are conveyed via a belt conveyor to the European-style impact crusher for the second stage of crushing. A circular vibrating screen then separates the materials, returning those larger than 40mm to the impact crusher for re-crushing, while stones under 40mm are sent to the sand-making machine. Finally, the circular vibrating screen classifies and screens the materials again, with oversized particles returned to the sand-making machine for further crushing. The finished products are conveyed via a belt conveyor to the finished product area.
